On Friday, June 23rd, in the 41st Circuit Court, the Honorable Mary B. Barglind handed down a prison sentence to 32-year-old Danielle Lucian Stacey. On March 26, 2023, Officers from the Menominee Police Department (MPD) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of 18th Avenue and West Drive. The passenger identified as Stacey; MPD Officers arrested her on three open warrants. During a search incident to arrest of Stacey’s property at the Menominee County Jail, 2.3 grams of suspected cocaine was located and seized. A field test was positive for that Schedule II controlled substance. Stacey was sentenced to 18 months to 4 years in prison for Possession of Cocaine.
