Two more Developments could be coming to the City of Marinette

This week the City of Marinette’s financial advisor Joe Murray from Ehlers and Associates addressed the Plan Commission with information regarding TID districts 18 and 19. Murray says, “For TID 18, this is proposed to be a two-partial TID district that is 19 acres across from aerial drive.”

Murray says, “TID 19 is proposed as a mixed-use district comprising approximately eight acres over by the Dagget Street Park.”

Both TID 18 and 19 passed unanimously and now goes on to the city council for final approval.
