The Tracy Trot is a 5k run/walk to celebrate the life of childhood friend Tracy Wills-Hall who passed away this past February due to colon cancer. Tracy was a resident of Menominee and graduated from Menominee High School in 2000. Kristen Schwanz, childhood friend and race director, says, “Tracy was an avid runner and great cross-country athlete.”
Schwanz says, “the event takes place Saturday, July 15th, with the race beginning at 8am.”
There is a $25 race registration fee which includes an official Tracy Trot race tee; children five and under are free. This event is open to all ages and abilities; it’s a run/walk and is not timed.
