GFL, the city-wide garbage waste pickup provider for the City of Menominee, notified City Manager Brett Botbyl that they were probably going to cease handling their contract. Botbyl addressed the city council in this week’s council meeting when he says, “it’s going to be a tight timeline.”
Botbyl assured the city council that he would keep them updated as to what progress is being made with finding a new garbage provider .
