On Tuesday, at approximately 11:16 a.m., Marinette County Dispatch was notified of a trailer that was burning on Camp 10 Road in the Town of Silver Cliff. The Town of Silver Cliff Fire Department responded to the scene along with deputies from the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office. During the investigation of the fire scene, human remains were located. The Marinette County medical examiner is working to positively identify these remains. At this time, no foul play is suspected. The fire remains under investigation by the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office and the Marinette County medical examiner. No further information will be released at this time pending further investigation.
