MENOMINEE COUNCIL APPROVES DEXTER’S STREET CLOSURE

Monday night the Menominee City Council again approved a request by Dexter’s to close a portion of 8^th Street next to the establishment from June 1^st through October 1^st to provide an area of outdoor seating. The council did discuss whether there should be a fee for such street closings to benefit a business, but at least for this year, there will not be a charge.
