Yesterday, during National EMS Week, Governor Tony Evers’ celebrated the grand opening of Peshtigo’s expanded fire station, EMS facility, and library. In 2012, Governor Evers’ created the Neighborhood Investment Fund grant program, directing over $200 million to support local communities and Tribal Nations. This program helps fund projects the workforce centers, affordable housing, transit solutions, and public space development.
