Thousands of customers are still impacted by last week’s outage at Cellcom. There have been no updates from the company for the past two days, after the company confirmed the outage was the result of a cyber attack and said full restoration of service could take the rest of the week. While texting services have been restored and customers can communicate by voice with other Cellcom customers, and make voice calls to phones with other providers, incoming calls from other providers still not connecting, according to our experiences here at Bay Cities Radio.
