A woman has been taken into custody following an extensive search for her three children, all aged ten and younger, from Oconto. The Oconto Police Department initially issued a release around 4:30 AM on Sunday, June 22nd, reporting that they were searching for three children—ages 10, 7, and 5—who had last been seen on Saturday around 5 PM near Pulaski. By approximately 6:10 AM, authorities confirmed that the children had been found safe and their mother was in custody. According to police, the mother, identified as Jenna Garrigan, took the children from their Oconto home on Saturday. Under a CPS order, Garrigan is not permitted to have custody of the children and is only allowed supervised visitation. Police also noted that Garrigan has a history of violent criminal behavior and drug-related offenses and was subject to an active warrant for her arrest in Oconto County.
