Local Fundraiser Raises Over $1,200 for Shop with a Cop

Menominee, MI — Yooper Dogz, a local Menominee business, hosted a lively fundraiser yesterday at Three Bridge Brewing Company. Organized by owners Ronnie and Victoria Vertz, the event featured free hot dogs, chili, potato salad, and drinks, plus a HOT, HOT, HOT DOG eating contest that drew a big crowd. Live entertainment was provided by Jacob Fannin and Doug Sheen, booked by Yooper Dogz, and multiple raffle prizes were given away.

The fundraiser raised $1,224 to benefit the Bay Cities Radio Shop with a Cop program, which helps local families in need during the holiday season in the Peshtigo, Menominee, and Marinette school districts.
