Marinette County Health and Human Services—ADAPT announces the next AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) Family Educational Series open to the public. This series is developed to address the growing concerns in our communities related to the devastating impact that substance use has had on individuals, families, and he economic prosperity of our communities. The AODA Family Educational Series has been developed to address three important issues associated with substance abuse: prevention, intervention, and treatment.
This program can be used as an adjunct to young people who have been cited for drinking, substance abuse, and violations, says Jessica Mosey Community Service Manager.
This series will begin on August 4th 6 to 8pm and run through September 15th. Call Marinette County ADAPT at 715-732-7760 to reserve a seat. There is no cost.
