Local law enforcement agencies are rolling out the welcome mat today for National Night Out — the annual community event designed to build stronger relationships between police and the neighborhoods they serve.

In Peshtigo, festivities run from 4 to 8 p.m. at Badger Park.

Along with sweet treats, families can look forward to a bicycle giveaway for kids, bouncy houses, and even the chance to dunk a police officer.
