Contractors continued storm sewer installation last week, starting at Wells Street and working west to Pierce Avenue and Wisconsin Street. While crossing water services on the north side, crews connected those lines to a temporary water pipeline. On Friday, a second crew began transferring water services from the south side to the temporary pipeline.

This week’s schedule:

• Early week: Continue transferring water services to the temporary pipeline.
• Early to mid-week: Begin installing new water main.
• Late week: Start sanitary sewer installation

Business access signs are expected to go up this week. The delay was caused by image clarity issues with some logos, which required sending the signs to a different shop to improve readability.
