If you’re used to heading west on County W through the Highway 141 intersection in Crivitz, you’ll need to take a different route starting Monday, August 18th. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be working on the east side of that intersection, and westbound lanes will be closed to all traffic. The detour will take you from County W onto Saint Paul Road, then south to South Avenue, over to Highway 141, and back up to County W. Think of it as looping around the closure to get back on track. WisDOT says drivers should expect delays, give themselves extra time, and watch for posted signs. The department thanks the public for its patience and says updates will be shared as the project moves forward.
