Double the Maddies, Double the Fun at Northland Lutheran Retirement Community! 🌭🎉

With summer winding down, it’s no surprise that today’s Weiner Wednesday at Northland Lutheran Retirement Community was another sold-out event! The sun, the smiles, and the sizzling hot dogs all came together to make this stop one to remember.

This week’s crew was stacked with talent — and Maddies! Maddie Edge held down the grill like a pro while Maddie Drees, our NEWS INTERN, experienced her very first Weiner Wednesday. Talk about a perfect debut!

The fun didn’t stop there. We had not one, but two hot dog dance battles, and of course Eric worked his magic, handling interviews and voicing the event like a seasoned pro. He even showed off his customer service skills — tossing a hot dog straight through a car window. (You’ve got to watch the video below for that one! 🎥🌭)

Even the bees decided to hang around just long enough for us to serve up every last hot dog and hand out all the prizes.

📍 Next week marks the final Weiner Wednesday of the summer — and it’s going to be extra special. We’ll be at Winsert, and it just so happens to be Stephanie’s birthday too… maybe she’ll even stop by! 🎂🌭
