The Menominee County Prosecutor has filed a motion to revoke bond for Kevin Paul Richwalski, who is facing multiple felony charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon and assault with intent to do great bodily harmless than murder.
The motion outlines several alleged violations of Richwalski’s pretrial release conditions, including:
- Threatening a teenage witness outside the courthouse after testimony,
- Appearing at the prosecutor’s home and making perceived threats,
- Leaving items with threatening messages at a judge’s residence,
- Posting a photo of what appeared to be an assault rifle on social media,
- And showing up at Wisconsin court proceedings acting erratically.
Prosecutor Jeffrey Rogg argues that Richwalski’s behavior poses a danger to witnesses, Judge Robert Jamo, law enforcement, and the public, and asks the court to revoke bond and remand him to jail until trial. A hearing will be scheduled for the court to decide whether Richwalski remains free on bond or is returned to custody.
