L.E. Jones Company, a global leader in the production of precision valve seat inserts and other components for light, medium and heavy duty engines announced the appointment of Tracy Biegler as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Company. David Doll had been serving in the role of Chief Executive Officer and President and he remains as CEO for the Company. “Having Tracy as a part of our company with his long history of corporate leadership and knowledge of our community provides us with the right person at the right time to elevate into this new position as President & COO” said Doll. He further commented: “As we continue to look to grow and expand what we are doing for current and future customers, this move allows me to focus on our future with Tracy leading our operational efforts.” “I am honored and look forward to this opportunity. I have known and worked with David for many years and believe that my experience lends itself to this moment perfectly at L. E. Jones” says Tracy.
More About Tracy: Tracy completed his Masters degree in Engineering Mechanics from The University of Wisconsin Madison in 1987. He then began his career with Boeing, spending fourteen years there in engineering leadership and various positions related to the B2 Bomber program and development/certification for the 777 jet. He and his family moved from Seattle to the Menominee/Marinette area over twenty-five years ago, going to work with ERDA/Decrane in 2001. He transitioned over to Enstrom a couple of years later, starting in engineering, moving to sales and operations, and then ultimately becoming President and CEO. He left Enstrom in 2018 and moved to Colorado in 2020 where he led engineering efforts for United Rotocraft, a helicopter modification company. In 2022, David asked Tracy to come on board at L. E. Jones helping to lead efforts in M&A and growth and over the past two years he has been more directly involved with commercial and production matters as the company dealt with tremendous growth in orders post-pandemic. His new roles as President & COO takes effect immediately.
