The Marinette Police Department is notifying the public about the release of a registered sex offender, as allowed by Wisconsin law. David Diges will be released on September 16th and will live on Walnut Street between Minnesota and Bangs Streets in Marinette. Diges finished the sentence the courts imposed and the police do not want him. He must follow strict conditions, including:

• No unsupervised contact with minors
• No contact with the victim
• No drug use
• Compliance with electronic monitoring and registry requirements
