A second man accused in a fatal drug-related stabbing in Green Bay in 2024 pleaded no contest to felony murder on Wednesday. 33 year old Aaron Walton, along with 40-year-old Joseph Poore, were charged for the fatal stabbing of 33-year-old Robert Marshall in June of 2024. At a plea hearing yesterday, Walton pleaded no contest to a count of Felony Murder – Armed Robbery. A count of Armed Robbery was read in but dismissed. Walton will be sentenced on November 10. Poore had pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of 1st-Degree Reckless Homicide in June and was sentenced last month to 30 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision.
