The Marinette City Council has scheduled a special meeting this afternoon to pass the 2026 Budget and Tax Levy.  A public hearing will be held at 4:15pm, followed by the council meeting.  Also on the agenda is discussion and possible action on a Development Agreement and Letter of Intent between the city and T. Spell Development Group which has proposed a mixed-used development at the location of the current city hall and surrounding parking lots.  The development would include apartment and commercial space.
