A Spalding man has been sentenced to prison for a violent assault on his wife earlier this year. The case began on March 19^th, 2025, when deputies from the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 55-year-old, Clifford Ray Marolette’s home and conducted an investigation. Marcolette, who had pleaded guilty in September, had his sentence handed down to him on Friday, December 5^th by Judge Christopher S. Ninomiya in the 41^st District Court.

Marcolette was taken into custody directly after sentencing.
