The Save Our Water group (S.O.H2O) is calling for a public meeting with the Wisconsin Department of Justice to explain the terms of a lawsuit settlement with Johnson Controls/Tyco for the PFAS contamination they caused in the Marinette and Peshtigo area.

Save Our Water President Jeff Lamont says “We have asked our State Representative Jeff Mursau, and State Senator Mary Felzkowski to facilitate a public meeting with the DOJ in the Marinette area to explain the impact of this settlement. We stood with the Attorney General when he announced the lawsuit and we are requesting someone from the DOJ be here to explain it to our communities when they bring this lawsuit to a close.
