On Monday, December 15, 2025 at approximately 8:45 pm, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Dispatch Center was notified of a one vehicle rollover accident with injuries, on USH 41 at Brookside Road, in the Town of Pensaukee. A preliminary investigation revealed the vehicle, occupied by a 34 year-old male driver from Milwaukee, WI and a 31 year-old female passenger also from Milwaukee, WI was traveling south on USH 41. The vehicle drifted into the median shoulder, lost control, traveled back across the road and overturned into the west ditch. The driver was partially ejected from the vehicle and died on scene as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The passenger was transported to a hospital in Green Bay and is being treated for injuries sustained in the crash.
