On Wednesday afternoon, January 28th, at 2:03pm, detectives and deputies with the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a Lake Township residence as part of a criminal sexual conduct investigation. Forty-four-year-old Travis Scott Thiry was arraigned yesterday in 95-A District Court on multiple charges, including five counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a person under the age of 13, accosting children for immoral purposes, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Thiry remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a 750-thousand-dollar cash bond. Also arraigned was 38-year-old Rocquel Anne Irving. She faces multiple charges, including three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under 13, three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal sexual conduct, second-degree criminal sexual conduct, accosting children for immoral purposes, gross indecency between females, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Irving is being held in the Menominee County Jail on a 750-thousand-dollar cash or surety bond.
