For twelve consecutive years Winsert has earned the Partner – level status in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. This is Deere and Company’s highest supplier rating that can be achieved. Winsert was selected for the honors in recognition of their dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as their commitment to continuous improvement. Winsert President Mark Coduti says, “John Deere is one of our customers that has been with us for a very long time. They’re also one of the ones that we’re quite proud of; the John Deere brand and what it represents.”

Coduti says, “we are what is called a Hall of Fame ten-year person. Which less than one percent of their supply base ever achieves that.”

Coduti goes on to say, “just the awareness of the good things that are ongoing and what type of supplier we are to some of the biggest companies on the planet and were in their top tier in terms of scords suppliers. This is not something that every organization does or can do. But we do.” Winsert is a supplier to valve seat inserts to John Deere’s operations in Waterloo, Iowa; Springfield, Missouri; Torreon, Coahuila (kow-uh-wee-luh), Mexico, and Saran, France.
