Since 2019, The City of Marinette Police Department has been holding their Community Outreach Program for the public. This is a five-month long program that has one class each month to educate the public on what the day-to-day operations of the Marinette Police Department are all about.  Marinette Police Lieutenant Jeff Cate says, “there are five classes that have a different topic each time.”

Marinette Police Officer Jacob Lindblom says, “before I was hired with the Marinette Police Department, I attended the first Community Outreach Program in 2019.”

The Marinette Police Department’s Community Outreach Program first class begins February 28^th. All classes are free and open to the public to ages 15 and older. All classes will be held at NWTC in Marinette with free refreshments.  Pre-registration is required by calling 715-732-5200.
