CASA of Menominee County recently merged with the Marinette CASA program. Faith Sandahl Executive Director of CASA says, “the long-term goal when they created Marinette as a satellite office was always to let them go, let them spread their wings, and do their own thing.”
Sandahl says, “CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates.”
CASA of Menominee-Marinette expects to serve an average of 70 children per year in both counties. They will continue its ongoing mission of making sure a qualified, compassionate adult will fight for and protect a child’s right to be safe, treated with dignity and respect, and to learn and grown in the security of a loving family. For additional information about CASA, to apply to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate, or to support CASA, please contact Faith Sandahl, Executive Director at 715-923-7250, online at casamenominee.com or follow them on Facebook.
