According to the Marinette County Sheriff’s Department, 25-year-old Brady Timothy Peeters was arrested in Appleton at his girlfriend’s house with the assistance from the US Marshals, Appleton Police Department, and the Outagamie Sheriff’s Office. Peeters appeared via zoom from the Marinette County Jail yesterday before Judge James Morrison first to address failing to appear warrant. Morrison says, “he’s demonstrated that we cannot get his attention with $50,000.”
In another case yesterday being overseen by Judge Jane Sequin, she says, “there has been a warrant pending since December 13, 2021. There was no appearance by the defendant in court on that date. There has been no contact with Mr. Peeters since that date. This is a charge of first-degree reckless homicide through the delivery of drugs. It is a case that goes back to the original complaint of April 15th of 2021.”
Peeters will return for a status hearing with Judge Morrison on May 8th at 8:30am and on May 15th at 8:30am with Judge Sequin at the Marinette County Courthouse.
