The City of Menominee is quickly moving forward with their promise to amend their Marijuana Ordinance. At last evenings special City of Menominee Council meeting new business was introduced to the council to repeal and replace the current Marijuana Ordinance, which is two retail and two medicinal, and refer to the Judical and Legislative/Personnel and Labor Committee. The amended ordinance, will allow for an unlimited amount of Marijuana Retailers in the City of Menominee. The next meeting of the JL/PL will be held on Tuesday, June 6th at 4pm in council chambers and a special council meeting with public hearing is scheduled for June 29th at 6pm.
