Authorities have made an arrest in the Fatal Interstate Bridge Accident from last July

Yesterday morning the Marinette Police Department arrested 25-year-old Alexis N. Clark in connection with the fatal motor vehicle crash that occurred on July 15th, 2023, on the Interstate Bridge in Marinette. 48-year-old David J. Fournier died from the injuries he sustained in the crash. The investigation has been completed and the Marinette County District Attorney’s Office has charge Clark with Hit and Run – Resulting in Death and Homicide by Vehicle – Use of Controlled Substances. Currently, these charges are merely allegations, and the suspect is still presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
