51-year-old Donald Mark “Tooter” Myers of Menominee, was sentenced to 20 months to 10 years in prison, following his sentencing on a conviction of Possession of Methamphetamine. According to court documents and information presented in open court, the underlying conviction followed an explosion at a suspected methamphetamine laboratory at 1012 18th Avenue in Menominee on Sunday, May 7th, , 2020. The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) conducted an investigation and executed search warrants at that location and at 2411 10th Avenue in Menominee.
