Late yesterday, the company announced SMS texting and Cellcom to Cellcom Voice calls have been restored for the first time since Wednesday evening.  Calls to 911, RCS texts, Internet, apps and popular calling apps such as WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, continue to work.  Still to be restored are voice calls to non-Cellcom phones. The company posted: Folks, the work continues. We are making gains every day and we are on the five yard line. Customers are encouraged to keep up on the outage via Facebook and the Cellcom website.
