Following a prolonged service outage, Cellcom announced on Friday that it will be issuing automatic billing adjustments for July. “We understand the recent disruption has affected your trust, and we are committed to rebuilding it,” the company stated on its social media platforms and official website. “An automatic adjustment for the outage period will be applied to July bills—no action is required on your part.” Cellcom confirmed last week that the outage, which began on May 14th , was caused by a cyber incident that disrupted cellular and text services. However, the company has not disclosed additional details regarding the incident. Although some services have been restored, several customers are still reporting difficulties in making phone calls.
