We’re kicking off the week with a 15% solunar rating, but don’t let that number scare you off—water temps are stable, and fish activity is holding strong across all the usual haunts. We’re right in the summer transition sweet spot, and the patterns from the weekend continue to deliver.

What’s Biting:
- Musky: Still strong—bucktails and topwater baits producing near structure.
- Bluegills: Bedding and aggressive. Great shallow action continues.
- Smallmouth Bass: On nests and smashing topwater in the shallows.
- Largemouth: Working shallows and weed edges—frogs and plastics are key.
- Northern Pike: Reliable in 6–10 ft weeds—spinnerbaits and chatterbaits moving fish.
- Walleye: Best bite in the evening over greening weed tops—leeches and casting.
- Perch: Steady action mid-day around structure in 12–20 ft.
- Crappie: Post-spawn and holding near adjacent weedbeds.
- Lake Trout & Salmon: Excellent action across charter ports—offshore bite is strong.
- Inland Trout: Producing in shaded streams—spinners and natural drifts doing the job.
