The election is scheduled for this day as a primary for races on the November ballot that require a primary.  There are no primary races in Menominee, but there are some ballot questions.  In the city of Menominee, voters are being asked if the city ordinance should be changed to limit the number of marijuana dispensary licenses to nine.  The number of dispensaries is currently uncapped by the ordinance.

Voters in the Stephenson school district are being asked to renew an operating millage for another ten years.  And voters in Mellen and Stephenson townships are also being asked to approve millages for fire and emergency medical services.

Polls are open from 7am to 8pm.  All Menominee precincts vote at the high school.
