For a second time Menominee voters approved a referendum to cap the number of marijuana dispensaries at 9, although the number in favor was down from the August vote. Yesterday the vote was Yes 1429,  No 402,  78 percent voting yes. In August the vote was 1,416 yes, 242 no, with 85 percent favoring.The amount of yes votes was nearly the same in the two elections, but the no votes increased from 242 to 402.
