Prior to Tuesday night’s Marinette Board of Education meeting, Bardowski submitted a letter of resignation. The school board then acted on that resignation during open session.

District officials say they cannot release additional details because it is considered a personnel matter.

No information has been released yet regarding interim leadership at Marinette High School.
