Today’s Weather Kid was Camdyn “Cami” Blasing, a 7-year-old , 2nd grader from Lena School! ☀️🌦️

Cami is a huge Kit Donaldson fan and listens every morning on the way to school. She even makes sure her mom turns the radio up when it’s time for the forecast! ❤️ She’s always said, “I wish I could do that one day,” and today she finally got her chance.

She did an awesome job! She even brought along her favorite stuffed animal for a little moral support. 😊 She was definitely a little star-struck meeting Kit… and we’re pretty sure the fame is going straight to his head now that someone actually laughs at all his jokes! 😂

When she’s not listening to Cat Country, Cami loves building with Legos, riding 4-wheelers with her dad, playing softball, and teaching her baby sister new things.

Way to go, Cami! You were a natural behind the microphone! 🎙️💙
