A familiar face is taking over as principal at Marinette High School, and he says building relationships and strengthening school culture will be among his biggest priorities.
Luke Maulding recently stepped into the role after spending the last fourteen years with the Marinette School District. He says his love for the district and its students made the decision an easy one.
Maulding says he wants to build on the positive momentum already underway and continue creating excitement both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities.
He describes his leadership style as relationship-driven, emphasizing listening, empathy and accountability.
Maulding says success looks different for every student, and the goal is to provide support where it’s needed while celebrating growth.
As he begins the new chapter, he has a message for students, parents and the community.
Maulding says he wants every student to have the best possible high school experience while continuing to grow the positive culture at Marinette High School.
